M. Scott Koller is an associate in the Orange County office of McKennon | Schindler LLP.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Koller was an associate at the law firm of Barger & Wolen LLP where he practiced insurance and business law in the firm’s litigation department.   Before his law firm experience, he developed a background in information technology when he founded System Operation Services, an IT consulting firm.  Later, Mr. Koller became the Director of Pre-Funding Operations at Angel Strategies, an early stage venture capital firm.  Mr. Koller focuses on a broad range of complex civil litigation, including contract, business tort, and insurance litigation.  Mr. Koller was formerly on the editorial board of the Life, Health and Disability Insurance Blog at www.lifehealthdisabilityinsurancelaw.com.  He is currently a contributing author of the firm's California Insurance Litigation blog at www.californiainsurancelitigation.com.
